Hotel wasn’t full, yet the receptionist decided to put me on the 5ft floor. Also they said there is wifi but it’s only in the reception area. Food is so poor. Animators only interact with european females and ignoring the rest of the clients, typical Tunisian animator looking for a bride to take him abroad.

This is a fantastic hotel, very clean and the staff were great, the entertainment team fantastic, the food was good, all the members of the team work hard to ensure you have a great stay. The management encourage wellness and a positive experience through all members of staff.

THE ADVERT BY BOOKING.COM is wrong ! The hotel management have tried several times to have the advert amended and they are not being listened to. The advert that was listed on Booking.com by BOOKING.COM listed both a fitness centre and windsurfing, I spoke with the hotel management and the hotel has NEVER offered theses, I specifically booked this hotel to be able to try windsurfing.

its the worst experience ever ... This hotel is like a pure nightmare , my vacation was completely ruined because of the fake advertising of this hotel i was there with my husband mom and sister , all we were waiting for is to leave that place rooms are discusting the bed sheets are stained (evene when they change it ) we got a smelly toilet room they send us someone with a ridiculous spray and we had to spend the night with that smell the next day we had to speak to the manager to get another room (at the beginning he was swearing that there is no rooms available and when we said ok we want our money back we are leaving he straight away had a room free) with a double bed so me and my husband had to sleep apart my moms room had the shower broken and we kept on telling them for three days i had to make a scene in the reception so they fixed the bed and the shower the food was horrible we paid an all inclusive package including alcohol and we reaally regret it all you can get is local beers or cheap alcohol and on top of that the waiters are the worst they kept on judjing me for drinking and the waiters in the restaurent if they dont like you they will not let you sit they will just say the tabble is reserved i had to make a bigger scene about that too now this hotel is a vacation hotel but people definition of vacation is different for me all i needed is to relax eat well and sleep well but no food was the worst and the rooms are very poor and relaxing doesnt exist there because if you want to relax by the pool you eill have an annoying animation team shouting in the microphone with a horrible voices that they make i can keep writing till tomorrow on my horrible holidays

Breakfast was amazing. Nightly entertainment is enjoyable. Cleaning staff and security are very helpful. Enjoyable view from room. Close to beach.

Elevators are always out of service. Air conditioner does not work. Front desk staff was difficult to work with when I checked in.
